Starting this blog will hopefully create a forum that will serve the entrepreneur in seeking to enhance their growth . I welcome you, and hope I can be of service to you in your journey.
As a business coach and business consultant, my focus will be on several areas inherent in starting and running a successful organization, with the intended result being to build a small business model designed to produce cash flow, make profit, and free up your time. In our topics, we’ll discuss building a small business that truly reflect your primary aim in life, is easily replicated, and is self sustaining by design.
How am I going to do that?
From my own experience.
But my experience is just that, and it also reflects my beliefs.
First, don’t believe anything I say. Why do I say this?
Because we can only speak from our own experience. None of my insights are inherently true or false. They simply reflect the sum of my total experience and the beliefs I have developed along the way. Although I have seen tangible results in starting up businesses, culminating in the acquisition of several technology companies by a publicly traded company for multiple valuations, I certainly could have done things to make life easier during my journey in retrospect. Subsequent to selling my businesses, I have been involved as a life and business coach to help others to succeed in life and in their small business. Part of this experience reflects the study of other successful entrepreneurs and their own best practices. I researched numerous best selling authors, most of whom I discovered post acquisition. I have been able to incorporate and compare some of the best of what I have read as well, and acknowledge them accordingly. To my amazement, I found myself doing a ‘gut check’ of my own experience as an entrepreneur, to what I had researched, and validated several important key areas, while discounting others. My point is that you should use this book merely as a reference for your own situation, and not necessarily waste time in ‘analysis - paralysis’. What I have learned is that you need not give your power away to others, whether it is me or someone else. Whether you are already in business or contemplating starting one, you already possess the spark that can be nurtured.
Simply apply your own wisdom, take from me this site whatever resonates within you, and you will be able to create a business model that works for you.
So what is my experience? Where am I coming from? Was I always successful?

I have had several forgettable ‘experiences’, however, I avoid the term ‘mistake’ as it is used commonly. The ‘mistakes’ made in life should be viewed as learning experiences, or viewed as decision points , a proverbial ‘fork in the road’ , that serves to improve clarity, direction, and determination. Try as we might, focusing on a specific outcome is not always practical. Mistakes are detours that can really serve you in finding the most practical path to your goal, even if it appears that at the moment you are zigging when you should be zagging. Focusing on an intended outcome without attachment to a particular result while at the same time being passionate about what you are doing is the true key to ultimate abundance and happiness.
